Bismay Basant Mishra a HR professional having more than 20 years of experience in the field of General HR, Pay Roll Management, All Statutory & Social Compliance, Plant & Office Administration.
Prior to that, serve 15 years with Indian Air Force as a Junior Commission Officer.
His active participation in various wage negotiations with unions has been of great help for many. Owing to his strong background in PR and his liaison with various government authorities, Bismay has successfully represented several organizations before the Labour Commissioner, Regional PF Commissioner, and Regional ESI Director.
He deed Graduation from Utkal University in 1985 and PGDBA from IGNOU in 2000. Also member of various HR Fraternity across the country.
A successful Social Compliance & Statutory Compliance Auditor. Helped many industry to be certified ISO 9001:2015, ISO:14001, SA-800:2014, Sedex, TQP. Has a very good contact with International Buyers.
Bismay is a leader, who takes pride to lead the team. In this present lockdown he ran two industry (textile) with man power capacity of 1500-2000 people with proper guidelines of COVID-19 SOP.
